Spells of Genesis
Spells of Genesis (SoG) is the first game in history to feature cryptographic tokenized assets. With over 280+ cards included, players enjoy unprecedented freedom to play, trade, collect and sell with full autonomy over their in-game cards. The SoG ecosystem (created by EverdreamSoft) is vast and includes the BITCRYSTALS currency, the first tokenized in-game asset (FDCARD), crossover tokens like SATOSHICARD and SARUTOBICARD, and many other projects released in the contemporary era.
Rare Pepe
The Rare Pepe Directory is considered an integral part of the birth of the global cryptoart movement as it was the first curated project to invite any artist from anywhere in the world to participate. The project centers around a central theme of an internet meme called Pepe. These cards were (and still are) traded freely using Counterparty functionality, though submissions were closed in 2018. There is a significant amount of culture, Counterparty firsts, and deep lore from this project.
Bitcoin Stamps
Bitcoin Stamps is an on-chain, immutable digital art protocol on Bitcoin pioneered by Mike In Space, with implementation assistance by Kevin and Arwyn. It leverages a bare-multisig technique on Numeric Counterparty assets to store data permanently, bypassing OP_RETURN limitations, with an OLGA encoding method added later. Since launching in 2023, the protocol has seen over 1.7 million stamps minted, along with a growing ecosystem of art collections and artists. The SRC-20 standard was later introduced to enable fungible tokens with rich metadata.
Fake Rares
After the closing of the original Rare Pepe directory in 2018, many rejected assets existed and many artists remained without a place to submit their work. Started by Scrilla, this project includes a directory of historic rejected tokens (Series 0), an open-arms main submissions directory, and a more accessible commons directory. Fake Rares remains the longest-running open-submission crypto art directory in the ecosystem.

Horizon Market
Horizon Market allows users to trade any Counterparty asset for BTC trustlessly and peer-to-peer using atomic swaps. Horizon Market works with the Horizon Wallet, Xverse, OKX, Leather, and Unisat Chrome extensions.
Emblem Vault
Emblem Vault is a tool for trading 'vaulted' Counterparty assets on the Ethereum blockchain. The platform allows users to securely store, manage, and trade Counterparty assets to sell/trade on marketplaces like OpenSea, Blur, X2Y2 (and more). Users retain full control of their assets within the vault until they are sold. Emblem Vault also offers users the ability to delist or unvault their asset(s) to be moved back to Counterparty centric wallets at any time.

XCP.FUN
XCP.FUN is a Counterparty token launchpad using the XCP-69 standard for liquidity and minting specifications. If a token does not meet the launchpad goal, all XCP users put towards minting gets refunded. If a token has enough mints to bond, the liquidity pool starts at 2.2x the minting price. XCP.FUN also offers buying and selling of XCP with ease and even supports adding or removing liquidity from Counterparty pools.

Counterparty Partial network outage - Post mortem
10/17/2024
A non–consensus bug was triggered at the activation block of the recent protocol change which caused many nodes to slow to a halt, causing a partial network outage. We released a hotfix which resolves the issue, and any users experiencing issues should upgrade to this version.
